A Personal Story
Ever since I was a kid, I’ve been fascinated by what helps the human body feel and perform at its best. Growing up between the Swedish sea and forests, I fell in love with movement: swimming, cycling, and then, at age 11 or 12, powerlifting. That path eventually pulled me into bodybuilding – a world I lived in completely for 15 years, the last few of which I spent competing.
Those years taught me, deeper than anything else, how much nutrition really matters for energy, recovery, and how the body responds.
Rooted in Science
After a successful career in computer science, where I designed, built, and optimised complex hardware systems, I decided in 2011 to devote myself fully to nutritional science, biochemistry, and the related fields that actually make a difference. Since then I’ve spent more than 20 000 hours researching, testing, and formulating.
Built on Genuine Care
In 2012, I started formulating individual supplements for clients at the clinic here in Sweden. I began with my own small production facility, but as demand grew, I invested in building a completely new, state-of-the-art one — bigger and more advanced, yet still true to the same uncompromising principles I’ve always followed.
That path became Rgenic – a brand built on real experience, Swedish precision, and genuine care.
