Terms and Conditions for E-commerce
1. General
1.1 These terms and conditions (“Terms”) apply when you as a consumer (“Customer”) place an order via www.rgenic.com and related pages (“Website”). The agreement is entered into between you and Rgenic AB, 559371-5211 (“Rgenic”). Detailed contact information and other information about Rgenic are available on the Website. The Terms are only applicable to Customers who are consumers and who place orders via the Website.
1.2 To place an order on the Website, the Customer must be at least 18 years old. In accordance with Swedish law, Rgenic does not accept credit purchases from individuals under 18 years of age. Rgenic reserves the right to deny or modify a Customer’s order in individual cases (e.g., if the Customer has provided incorrect personal information and/or has a record of payment defaults).
1.3 Rgenic reserves the right for items to be sold out as well as for any image or typographical errors on the Website, such as errors in product descriptions or technical specifications, incorrect prices, price adjustments (e.g., changed prices from suppliers or currency fluctuations), or incorrect information regarding whether an item is in stock. Rgenic has the right to correct such errors and to change or update the information at any time. If an incorrect price has been stated for an item ordered by the Customer, Rgenic will naturally notify the Customer of this and await the Customer’s approval of the corrected price before proceeding with the order. All image information on the Website should be considered solely as illustrations. Such illustrations cannot be guaranteed to reflect the exact quantity of goods the Customer receives or the exact appearance, functions, or origin of the goods. Rgenic is not responsible for information on the Website provided by a third party.
1.4 The Website, as well as all content on it, is owned by Rgenic or its licensors. The information is protected, among other things, by intellectual property and marketing laws. This means that trademarks, company names, product names, images and graphics, design, layout, and information about goods, services, and other content may not be copied or used without written approval from Rgenic.
2. Agreement and Order
2.1 To make a purchase via the Website, the Customer must accept the Terms. By accepting the Terms, the Customer agrees to comply with the Terms in their entirety and acknowledges that they have reviewed the information about personal data and consented to the use of personal data and cookies in accordance with Rgenic’s Privacy Policy.
2.2 A purchase agreement is only concluded once Rgenic has confirmed the Customer’s order and the Customer has received an order confirmation from Rgenic via email. Rgenic encourages the Customer to save this order confirmation for any future contact with Rgenic. The Customer may withdraw their order until it has been confirmed by Rgenic. If the order is withdrawn, Rgenic will refund any payments made by the Customer or their payment or credit card company in relation to the order.
3. Customer Information, etc.
3.1 Rgenic recommends that the Customer creates a user account before shopping on the Website. When the Customer registers their user account and/or places an order, the Customer will be asked to provide certain personal data. The Customer confirms that the information provided is accurate and complete and is responsible for any incorrectly entered information. Information about Rgenic’s processing of personal data is available in Rgenic’s Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
3.2 The Customer undertakes to ensure that no one other than the Customer can use the Customer’s login credentials. The Customer must not disclose their username and password to any unauthorized person and must ensure that documents containing username and password information are stored in a way that prevents unauthorized access. The Customer must immediately notify Rgenic if it is suspected that an unauthorized person has gained access to the Customer’s password. The Customer is responsible for all purchases made with their login credentials unless such notification has been made.
3.3 If Rgenic suspects that the Customer is misusing their user account or login credentials or otherwise violating the Terms, Rgenic has the right to suspend the Customer. Rgenic also reserves the right to assign the Customer new login credentials.
4. Prices, Fees, and Payment
4.1 When ordering via the Website, the prices stated on the Website apply. Prices are stated in Swedish kronor (SEK) and include VAT. Prices do not include payment and shipping fees, which are specified separately.
4.2 The Customer can pay using the methods specified on the Website. Read more about our payment methods and discounts on the Website. Rgenic has the right to charge the Customer at the time of the order unless invoice payment or another similar payment method has been selected by the Customer and approved by Rgenic. For invoice or installment payments, Rgenic or its partners may conduct a credit check. In such cases, you will be informed accordingly. Rgenic reserves the right not to offer all payment methods at all times or to change the payment method if the one chosen by the Customer does not work for any reason at the time of purchase. Please note that any limitations regarding payment options are stated on the Website.
5. Promotions and Offers
Rgenic may from time to time offer promotions on the Website that may have more favorable conditions than those set out in these Terms, e.g., regarding payment or extended return rights. These more favorable conditions apply as long as the promotion is active and for the specific goods specified by Rgenic in connection with the promotion. Rgenic reserves the right to withdraw such promotions at any time. Upon termination or withdrawal of a promotion, these Terms apply without amendments. Offers on specific goods on the Website are valid for a limited time and while stocks last.
6. Delivery and Transport
6.1 Goods that are in stock are normally delivered within the number of working days stated on the Website. Unless otherwise specifically agreed (e.g., in connection with pre-ordering goods not in stock), delivery will occur no later than 30 working days from the date Rgenic confirmed the order in writing via the order confirmation. More information about Rgenic’s delivery of goods and delivery conditions can be found here.
6.2 The expected delivery time for the goods is stated in the order confirmation, at checkout, and/or on the relevant product page on the Website. In case of a delivery delay, Rgenic will notify you and continue to monitor the order. Unless otherwise specifically agreed, and if a delivery takes more than 30 working days and this is not due to you as the Customer, you have the right to cancel the purchase.
6.3 If a package needs to be picked up, the Customer must do so within the time specified in the notification. Packages must normally be collected in person with valid identification and the order number. The Customer will always receive a notification indicating where and when the package is to be picked up. Notification may be sent via email, regular mail, and, if the Customer has provided a mobile number, also via phone call or SMS. If the Customer fails to pick up the package, Rgenic has the right to charge the Customer a fee of 199 SEK.
7. Right of Withdrawal
7.1 You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive your order, in accordance with Swedish and EU consumer law.
7.2 Food supplements cannot be returned if the seal is broken.
7.3 To exercise your right of withdrawal for unopened items, contact us within 14 days via our contact form or email, stating your order number and intent to return.
7.4 Return the product in its original, unopened packaging within 14 days of cancellation. You are responsible for return shipping costs. We will refund the purchase amount within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
7.5 If the Customer wishes to exercise their right of withdrawal, they must, before the withdrawal period expires, send a clear and unambiguous message to Rgenic in the manner specified here. The Customer must provide their name, address, and other relevant information, e.g., order number, invoice number, and the name of the item in the message. If the Customer does not wish to use the above messaging option, they may use the standard withdrawal form provided by the Swedish Consumer Agency (see www.konsumentverket.se).
7.6 When exercising the right of withdrawal, the Customer pays the return shipping costs and is responsible for the condition of the goods after they have been received and during the return shipment. The goods must be returned within 14 days from the date the notification of exercising the right of withdrawal was provided to Rgenic. The goods must be sent well-packaged, in good condition, and in their original packaging. Returns must be made to Rgenic in accordance with the methods and instructions stated on the Website, which can be found here.
7.7 In some cases, Rgenic may offer free returns for certain goods. If free returns apply, this will be indicated on the relevant product page on the Website.
7.8 If the Customer withdraws their purchase before the goods have left the warehouse, Rgenic will refund the amount paid by the Customer for the goods, including delivery costs. If delivery has already started, only the amount for the goods will be refunded. For the return of part of an order, the delivery cost will not be refunded. Rgenic has the right to deduct an amount from the refund corresponding to the depreciation in the value of the goods compared to their original value, if and to the extent such depreciation is due to the Customer handling the goods more than necessary to determine their properties or function. More information about the right of withdrawal and returns can be found here.
7.9 Rgenic will refund the amount as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days from the date Rgenic received the Customer’s notification of exercising the right of withdrawal. However, Rgenic may delay the refund until the goods have been received or the Customer has provided proof that the goods have been returned, e.g., via a return receipt. The refund will be made to the Customer via the payment method chosen by the Customer, unless otherwise agreed or if there is an obstacle to such a refund.
8. Products
8.1 All products sold by Rgenic are approved for use in Sweden. All products sold by Rgenic are intended as a complement to advice from your doctor and/or therapist and are not intended to replace any medical examination or need for medical care in any way.
8.2 Products on www.rgenic.com should not be used as an alternative to a varied diet. The recommended daily dose stated on the packaging should not be exceeded. Consider the importance of a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, suffering from illness, or being treated with medication, you should always consult a doctor before using the products on www.rgenic.com.
9. Warranty and Complaints
9.1 Some of Rgenic’s goods may come with a warranty. Information about any warranty period and specific warranty conditions for each item is available on the Website or in these Terms. The warranty for goods covers only original manufacturing defects and thus not defects arising from or after the Customer’s own modification of the goods’ function or appearance, such as rebuilding, upgrading, or other reconfiguration of the goods. The Customer’s order confirmation serves as proof of warranty.
9.2 The right to complain covers goods that are defective according to applicable consumer protection legislation. A Customer wishing to claim a defect in an ordered item must contact Rgenic as soon as possible after discovering the defect using the contact details provided on the Website. Complaints made within two months of the Customer discovering the defect are always considered to have been submitted in time. The Customer has a 3-year right to complain about goods purchased on the Website.
9.3 Rgenic stands for the return shipping costs for approved complaints.
9.4 When a complained item has been returned and the complaint approved, Rgenic will compensate the Customer in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation. Rgenic strives to process this within 30 days of receiving the complaint, but it may take longer depending on the nature of the item. Rgenic reserves the right to deny a complaint if it turns out that the item is not defective according to applicable consumer protection legislation. For complaints, Rgenic follows guidelines from the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes or equivalent bodies in other European countries. More information is available at www.konsumentverket.se.
10. Links
Rgenic may link to other websites beyond Rgenic’s control, and websites beyond Rgenic’s control may link to the Website. Although Rgenic strives to ensure that it only links to websites that share Rgenic’s personal data and security policies as per the Privacy Policy, Rgenic is not responsible for the protection or confidentiality of information or personal data that the Customer provides on other websites. The Customer should exercise caution and read the personal data policies of the website in question.
11. Force Majeure
Rgenic is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond Rgenic’s control, such as general labor disputes, war, fire, lightning strikes, terrorist attacks, changes in government regulations, technical issues, faults in electricity/telecommunications/data connections or other communications, or faults or delays in services from subcontractors due to circumstances specified here. Such circumstances shall constitute grounds for exemption from liability for damages and other penalties. If such a situation arises, Rgenic will inform the Customer at the beginning and end of the period of the situation in question. If the circumstance lasts for more than two months, both the Customer and Rgenic have the right to cancel the purchase with immediate effect.
12. Changes to the Terms
Rgenic reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. All changes to these Terms will be published on the Website. Changes take effect once the Customer has accepted the Terms (in connection with a new purchase or visit to the Website) or 30 days after Rgenic has informed the Customer of the changes. However, Rgenic recommends that the Customer regularly checks the Website to stay informed of any changes to the Terms.
13. Invalidity
If a competent court, authority, or arbitration panel finds any provision of these Terms to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision and all other provisions shall remain valid and enforceable to the extent permitted by applicable law. Provisions declared invalid or unenforceable will be replaced by relevant legal guidance and advice.
14. Applicable Law and Disputes
14.1 Disputes should primarily be resolved amicably through discussion with Rgenic’s customer service. In the event of a dispute, Rgenic follows decisions from the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes or equivalent bodies in other European countries.
14.2 Disputes regarding the interpretation or application of these Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with Swedish law and resolved by the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes or, as a last resort, by a general court.
These Terms and conditions are effective as of January 1, 2026.
